I took my nephew to a couple bookstores today. While I was there, I ended up in an area about business and found a specific part about marketing. I found a book there that caught my interest - Guerrilla Marketing for Free by Jay Conrad Levinson. As I flipped through the pages, I found a lot of ideas that I had already been using in my own Second Life based business. In addition, I found a ton more that I hadn't been using. I picked up the book and have started going through it. One of the things I did was dig out my formTEC system and changed my questions around for a research study for more meaningful questions that will help me make some decisions to improve my service.
